Salon Consulting developed the internal processes for the future international growth strategy for one of Europe’s leading multi-brand hotel operators.
The strategy implied a complete change for the expansion approach of the group – shifting growth from principally owned/leased properties to management contract based growth. This implied a need for a significant change to the internal processes (and the mind set/culture) of the organisation – at all levels.
Salon Consulting worked with the client to develop the new processes and to establish the implementation roadmap for the change. It focused on all main areas of the company:
